One thing I struggled with in the pass is quadriceps or the thighs! I have long lean muscle and i don’t gain very quick. One thing that helped was understanding the the quad and how it is broken down! Did you know the quadriceps is separated in to 4 different groups hints the. And “QUADRICEPS “? Also that they’re certain angles you can turn your feet when doing quad focused exercise, to hit each part of the muscle?

No sure what to do at the gym for chest? Of course you should always start with some type of stretch or warm up. Then... 3x 10 bench press 3x 10 flys 3x 10 incline 3x 10 dips 3x 10 decline Fin.
