Monday Grind

Monday’s are tough for everyone, but if you can defeat Monday blues you can do anything right!?!

Heres how I beat the Monday Blues!

I get up and out of bed no later then 8am. Then I get my bag ready and have a few cups of water!

Usually Monday’s are chest day, the beginning of the work week! So I’ll head to the gym by 9 no later than 9:30!


After gym I come back in and try to get some work done home before I head to career 2!

Its you’re day you don’t get to restart so make it productive! How do you start your week!?
